SPEAKING & MEDIA
Conversations that make people think—and act.
I speak at the intersection of women’s health, leadership and healthcare innovation, bringing clinical experience and a coach’s curiosity to topics that matter to professionals and the people they serve.
My aim is to create thoughtful, useful conversations—not just deliver information, but help audiences question assumptions, see challenges in context and leave with a clearer way forward.

SPEAKING THEMES
How to Be Successful as a Healthcare Leader
Rachel Miller, MD
I wrote How to Be Successful as a Healthcare Leader to contribute to the conversation about what it takes to lead people effectively in complex healthcare environments.
The book reflects my long-standing belief that developing leadership is not simply about acquiring a title. It requires honest reflection, thoughtful relationships and the willingness to grow.
SPEAKING EXPERIENCE AND RECOGNITION
Rooted in practice. Shared with professional audiences.
My speaking and educational work has included physician and professional leadership audiences, including an appearance at a North Carolina OB/GYN Society meeting.
I also bring experience facilitating leadership conversations and advising on women’s health innovation, allowing me to speak across the realities of patient care, organizational behavior and new models of healthcare.

MEDIA INQUIRIES
A practicing physician’s perspective on women’s health and leadership
I’m available to consider interviews and expert commentary related to perimenopause and midlife women’s health, the evidence behind evolving care approaches, physician leadership and the adoption of women’s health innovation.
I aim to communicate clinical nuance clearly—explaining what the evidence supports, where it remains incomplete and what it can mean in real life.
