LEADERSHIP & ADVISORY
Better questions. Stronger leadership. More credible ideas.
My work with leaders and women’s health innovators is grounded in a simple conviction: the quality of the questions we ask shapes the quality of the decisions we make.
I bring the perspective of a practicing physician and an ICF Professional Certified Coach to complex professional challenges—helping people examine what is happening beneath the surface and translate insight into deliberate action.
EXECUTIVE COACHING
For leaders who want to understand more—and lead more effectively.
Strong leadership requires more than expertise. It asks people to build trust, communicate with intention, navigate competing priorities and respond effectively to change.
I coach physicians, healthcare professionals and other leaders who want space to think more clearly about their leadership, relationships and impact. Our work is thoughtful, candid and grounded in what each leader is actually facing.
Areas we may explore include leadership identity and transitions, self-awareness, emotional intelligence, influence, trust, communication, team dynamics and leading through change.
LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
For small groups ready to move from insight to practice.
Some leadership challenges benefit from shared language and the opportunity to practice together. I design and facilitate focused learning experiences that help leaders examine real dilemmas, strengthen interpersonal effectiveness and apply what they learn to their work.
Possible themes include psychological safety, trust, communication, power and influence, productive conflict, change leadership and the human side of high-stakes decisions.
PHYSICIAN ADVISORY
For women’s health companies building something people can actually use.
Women’s health innovation needs more than a compelling pitch. Products, platforms and messaging must account for evidence, clinical workflows, provider trust and the lived realities of patients.
I advise founders and teams on questions that benefit from practicing-physician input—from clinical relevance and patient education to provider engagement, adoption considerations and clear, credible communications.
My goal is to help teams ask important clinical and implementation questions sooner, while the answers can still meaningfully shape what they build.
Ways we might work together
One-to-one executive coaching • Leadership development and facilitated sessions • Clinical insight on women’s health product concepts and education • Provider perspective on workflow, trust and adoption • Speaking or strategic conversations for founder and leadership teams.
Before I recommend a tool, a program or a next step, I want to understand the challenge, the context and what success would realistically look like.
From there, we can determine whether coaching, a facilitated conversation or targeted clinical advisory work is the right fit. I take on select engagements where my perspective can add meaningful value.
